What we collect. Information you give us (name, email, phone, and anything you write in a form), and information collected automatically when you browse — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring site — using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, send you homes and market information you ask for, connect you with one of our agents, and improve the site. Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss), which also records your activity on this site so your agent can serve you better.

Calls, texts and email. If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree that Porchlight Property Partners may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or click "unsubscribe" in any email.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our team's agents, our brokerage (Keller Williams Heritage), and service providers that help us run the site and our CRM, or when required by law. If you ask, we may introduce you to a lender, inspector, or other service provider — only with your permission.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
